This hike takes you past cultural highlights such as Castle Welsperg, the Thurn Ruins, the lost “Meisenreut” Castle, and the St. George‘s Church with the impressive fresco depicting St. Christopher. The Erasmus Chapel with the gravestones and death shields of the Counts of Welsperg, as well as the beautifully designed cemetery in Tesido, invite awe and contemplation. Majestic summit tour to rudlhorn 2448m in Tesido
Starting from the hiking car park above the Mudler mountain inn, the trail leads to the Taistner Alm 2012 m. After a brief break, the ascent continues along the grassy ridge to the rocky summit ridge of Rudlhorn 2448 m. At the top, hikers are rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage and the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina Nature Park. Backpacking provisions. (10€ with Guest Pass) -

E-Bike & Hike: To rosszogel 2163m in the Val Casies Valley
The tour starts in Monguelfo and follows the idyllic Val Casies Valley bicycle route up to Planca di Sopra, with several access points along the route. From Planca di Sopra, the ascent begins to Frondega and continues to the “Schuier Alm” 1958 m. Here, a fantastic panorama of the majestic Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage, an ideal spot for a short break. From “Schuier Alm”, the hike continues with a short but rewarding ascent that leads to Rosszogel 2163 m. Where you find impressive views of the surrounding mountain landscape. E-Bike & Hike: To the verselltal alpine pastures in the Val Casies Valley
The e-bike tour starts in Monguelfo and leads along the idyllic Val Casies Valley cycle route to Val Casies Valley – S. Martino. Along the route, there are various access points. The route leads past the charming “Kahnwirt” and “Kircherwirt” inns before climbing up the alpine path to the “Versellalm” and on to the “Tolderhütte” hut. A particular highlight are the extensive, carefully tended alpine pastures, which can be explored during a guided tour. These alpine pastures have been extensively enhanced: new fences were installed, and about a dozen old barns were faithfully restored or rebuilt in their original design using traditional materials. This carefully crafted cultural landscape shows the harmonious interplay of nature and traditional alpine farming. (10€ with Guest Pass; E-Bike rental extra) -

Cittá di carpi refuge at cadini di misurina
From the stunning Lake Misurina along the wide hiking trail via the Grave di Pogata and Forcella Maraia to the Cittá di Carpi refuge. Hiking on “Sylvesto Kreis” in Val Silvesto in Dobbiaco
The hike starts at the “Schnegger Säge” in Valle San Silvestro and follows a gently ascending forest road, passing the charming “Silvesteralm” 1800 m and leading directly to the picturesque “Steinbergalm” 1927 m. From there, the trail continues through the forest heading west to the mountain Hühnerspiel 2149 m, offering breathtaking views of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. The descent is via a well-maintained path that later merges back into the forest road, bringing you back to the starting point.
