Kronplatz and co. – the ultimate skiing experience in the Dolomites

Skiing in 3 Zinnen Dolomites and Kronplatz

The Gsieser Tal valley is the ideal place from which to reach Dolomiti Superski – the largest ski network in the world – and to embark on trips to Kronplatz, Corvara (Sellaronda), Rotwand (Sesto), Helm (Hochpustertal valley), Haunold and Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Featuring over 100 kilometres of slopes and cutting-edge lift systems, the easily accessible Kronplatz is a real paradise for discerning skiers and snowboarders. Fans of sunshine skiing will love the long valley descents in three different directions and the sizeable sunny plateau at the summit. Freeriders and freestylers should head for the ‘Snowpark Kronplatz’, which boasts rails, boxes and kickers. Special kids’ parks provide exciting areas especially for children, with younger visitors also able to sample the professional range of services provided by the ski schools.

And you don’t have to go far to reach another winter highlight: the Three Peaks Dolomites ski area. The ski train also provides quick and comfortable access to a variety of ski areas in the Pustertal valley, leaving you free to choose how to spend your skiing holiday even without a car.

Our hotel is directly adjacent to three ski lifts that are ideal for children, beginners and families: the Colle ski lift in Gsies, the Guggenberg lift in Tesido and the Santa Maddalena mountain lift in Gsies all connect visitors to small, sunny ski areas. The dedicated professional ski school will be happy to help you and your children experience your first taste of skiing.
